We had a great time at the ranch over President's Day weekend. The first night we got there, it was frigid and we got the fire going, but we could not get the house warm so we didn't sleep much. We had a great time on a hike and were up so high we were able to see some beautiful views. There was plenty of snow - enough to prevent us from 4-wheeling certain trails. Monday was Jeremy's mom's birthday. We brought her breakfast in bed and then she was obliged to wear a pirate outfit to go with the pirate-themed party we had. We spent plenty of time playing with flying balloons of which there is a video. We also hiked through a tunnel that had a frozen stream inside and had a fun time sliding (there is a video of this too).
